Returns Due to Quality Issues:
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, we will bear the shipping fee for the return.
Returns Caused by the Consumer:
If the return is initiated by the consumer for reasons other than quality issues, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company chosen by the consumer.
Order Cancellations and Changes:
If you need to cancel your order or make changes, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations or changes after this time frame.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days so we can address the issue accordingly.
